Fortunately we found it at Amazon. We expect it to last another six years!

I bought this roll out in a hurry and I had to fix the problems, no time for returns. First the space between the bars where the mattress should lay are too separated. The mattress manufacturer states a space and this roll out doesn't comply. Second, there are 6 wheels for the roll out. They sent 5 of the right size and one bigger. So if you are going to buy this roll out, do it with time so you can return it.
